This coaching program is designed to provide individuals who are interested in starting a career in information technology (IT) with the necessary knowledge, skills, and motivation to transition successfully into the field. The program will consist of ten 1-hour coaching sessions over a two-month period. The goal is to provide a comprehensive roadmap for each client, from understanding the IT industry to landing their first IT job.
By the end of the two-month program, clients will have a clear understanding of the IT job market, an action plan to enhance their skills and experience, a polished resume, and the motivation to tackle the job search process with confidence. The ultimate goal is to empower them to make the transition into the IT field and kick-start their new career with purpose and determination.
